About Your Practitioner
Heather graduated from the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute® in 2003 and completed her Rolf Movement® training in 2006. She completed her Advanced Rolfing® training in Brazil in March 2008. In 2010, Heather completed a 700-hour program in Biodynamic Craniosacral with Michael Shea in New York City. In 2017, she completed a Diplomate of Osteopathic Manipulation (DO-MTP) through the Osteopathic College of Ontario. She became a Level III Neurokinetic Therapy® in 2018 (the only Level III practitioner in Montana). Heather completed five modules of the Professional Somatic Experiencing® training (SE™ is a body-centered approach to working with trauma).
When not in the bodywork studio, Heather spends time with her amazing son and brings beauty to the world as much as possible. She is deeply interested in meditation, expanded states of consciousness, and her own personal path of healing. She enjoys moving and caring for her body through yoga, dance, weight-lifting, skiing, and biking. Heather is blessed to spend time in the mountains and on the rivers of Montana.
